Steps of cultivation
- First wash the amen briefly and then put it in clear, cool water
- Soak for 8 hours
- After soaking, transfer the seeds to the sprouting container of your choice
- The sprouts must be soaked with water 2 to 3 times every day and then turned so that air can circulate
- The seeds germinate after 2 days and are ready to harvest after up to 6 days, but they can continue to grow to the desired size for even longer
- Bean sprouts must be boiled after harvesting!
- After boiling, wash the sprouts with cool, clear water and store in a cool place
