Steps of cultivation
- First wash the seeds briefly and then place them in clear, cool water
- Soak for 8 to 12 hours
- After soaking, transfer the seeds to the sprouting container of your choice
- The sprouts must be soaked with water 2 to 3 times every day and then turned so that air can circulate
- After 3 days the seeds will sprout and from now on they need to be exposed to light for at least 8 hours every day. They are ready to harvest after a maximum of 6 days
- Wash the sprouts with cool, clear water after harvesting and store them in a cool place
