Steps of cultivation
- First wash the seeds briefly and then place them in clear, cool water
- Soak for 8 to 12 hours
- Dab the seeds after soaking and then transfer them to the sprouting container of your choice
- The sprouts must be soaked with water twice every day for 10 minutes and then turned so that the air can circulate
- After 3 to 5 days they are ready to harvest
- Wash the sprouts with cool, clear water after harvesting and store them in a cool place
